Your contact details will only be used by us and only to contact you for the purposes of processing your application and, if your application is successful, to contact you in the future for help with measuring our impact on your business and the wider economy.
During the programme, we may share your contact details with other participants on the programme, if you have opted in for this use of your data as part of your application.
After the Open Call, you may be contacted about other relevant activities taking place at Digital Catapult, if you have opted in for this at sign-up stage.

Your application will be reviewed and scored by the programme team and based on the score they received, the Digital Catapult may select some or all of the applicants to take through to the next assessment stage.
Applicants will then be invited to a telephone interview, video interview or demo at Digital Catapult. Digital Catapult may select some or all of the applicants to take through to the next assessment stage.
Applicants will then be contacted by one or two members of Digital Catapult’s convened Ethics Committee, which will use your application to (i) contact you and discuss your application and business proposal, and (ii) assess your application from an ethical perspective on behalf of Digital Catapult.
Based on the outcomes of the entire application process, and subject to Digital Catapult’s due diligence checks, successful applicants will be selected for the cohort and a computation plan will be agreed with each team.
Successful applicants will be asked to sign a simple participation agreement with us that explains the terms of our collaboration.
Please note that the application form requests that you provide us with some limited information about your business. The business data requested is to enable Digital Catapult to maintain a baseline on which it undertakes future measurement of possible impact.
